Choose Your Lawyer Photos

When choosing a lawyer one must be careful as personal property and even a life may hang on the ability of the professional.

Start by building a list from referrals and previous lawyers you may have used. Double check in case of a conflict of interest and make sure you understand the contract.

2. Personal emotions will not blur the case and he/she will keep an objective view.

3. A thorough background check will be done and coincide with earlier rulings.

4. A complete snapshot will be taken so the problem can be viewed objectively from all sides.

5. He will explain things in an easy to understand manner avoiding the verbose legalese.

6. He will carry a good standing in the community and from fellow colleagues.

7. He will be upfront and tell you honestly how your case stands.

Don't be fooled by the glitz, after all it's the ability of the lawyer that is most important to you.

Just prior to taking this shot I was hit with a pretty good wave. High tide was coming in and the waves wash fairly far on-shore. I had the tripod legs buried 10 inches deep in the sand and it was soaked too.

Since Photoshop World is in Vegas right now, and I am not, I thought I'd at least post some images from when I was in Vegas a few months back. This way, at least my Stream will look like I was in Vegas having a great time at PSW.
